1. The agreement
By placing a deposit you ("you") and Ameka, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Ameka," "we," "our") agree to these reservation terms. This is the entire agreement between us with respect to the reservation. Nothing on the marketing site, in any email, or in any conversation modifies these terms unless we sign a written amendment.
2. What a reservation is
A reservation reserves you a position in the queue for one Ameka 01 unit at the tier you selected. It is not a contract for sale. We are not obligated to sell, nor are you obligated to buy. Final purchase happens later, under a separate purchase agreement that we will provide closer to delivery.
3. Deposit, refunds, transfers
- Refundable. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time up to 30 days before delivery. To request a refund, email reservations@ameka.ai with your reservation reference. We process refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.
- Segregated. Deposits are held in a segregated, FDIC-insured business account at a US-regulated bank, and are not co-mingled with Ameka operating capital.
- Transfer. You may transfer your reservation to another person, once, with our prior approval. Email us to initiate.
- No interest. Deposits do not earn interest for you.
- Currency. Deposits are in US dollars. Refunds are issued in US dollars; any FX loss on your card is yours.
4. Configuration and final price
The deposit amount is not the final purchase price. Estimated starting prices (Core $12,500 · Pro $28,000 · Architect $48,000) are good-faith engineering estimates as of 2026-05-16 and will be confirmed in writing in your purchase agreement, including applicable taxes, shipping, and any customer-selected upgrades. Final pricing may rise or fall up to ±15% from the figures above.
5. Delivery timing
Estimated delivery is Q3 2027 (Pro), Q4 2027 (Core), and 2028 (Architect). These are engineering targets, not guarantees. If the timeline slips by more than 90 days from the estimate published at the time of your reservation, we will write to you, you may withdraw and receive a full refund, and we will not begrudge you for it.
6. Cancellation by us
We may cancel your reservation and refund your deposit if (a) we are required by law, (b) you are sanctioned or in a sanctioned jurisdiction, (c) we discover the reservation was placed fraudulently, or (d) we cancel the program entirely. In case (d), you receive a full refund within 30 days of our public announcement.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country to which Ameka can lawfully sell. We do not ship to OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions. Export-controlled customers are subject to additional review.
8. Updates to these terms
If we update these terms, we will email reservation holders with at least 30 days' notice and a redline of the changes. If you don't like the new terms, you can cancel and we will refund you in full.
9. Governing law and disputes
California law governs this agreement, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. The parties waive a jury trial. Class actions are not available.
